We help you make better choices so you better serve your clients.
When coaching, your challenges are to behave appropriately through the beginnings, middles and endings of the client relationship, respect confidentiality and boundaries and hold a commensurate ethical attitude.
We are committed to helping professional coaches be the best they can be. We work directly with you a catalyst for your own development, offering a blend of individual and group supervision to help you solve dilemmas that arise, support you through the emotional challenges you face and provide fresh perspectives so you understand yourself more deeply, relate better to your clients and develop into the coach you want to be.
Our approach to supervision is based upon the consistent application of a set of fundamental skills, rather than on a prescription of a single model or method.
- Intuiting: accessing our deepest intuition through mindfulness and presence.
- Supporting: creating a safe space to strengthen emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
- Analysing: taking a psychodynamic approach to gain deep insight quickly.
- Evaluating: adopting an appropriate ethical attitude to develop best practice in service of your clients.
- Developing: cultivating practical wisdom through reflective practice.
We also draw upon ideas from many different areas such as Lacanian Psychoanalysis, Semiotics, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt and apply appropriate supervision models and structures where these add value to the supervision relationship.
Our clients can expect high support and high challenge to affect their ways of doing and being in relation to the services they provide to their clients.
