Who You Are is How You Coach

We Help You Define Your Coaching Identity to Better Serve Your Clients

When coaching, you face the challenge of maintaining appropriate behaviour throughout the entire client relationship—from start to finish—while respecting confidentiality, boundaries, and upholding a strong ethical stance.

We provide a mix of individual and group supervision to help you navigate dilemmas, support you through emotional hurdles, and offer fresh perspectives. Our coaching supervision allows you to better understand yourself, build stronger connections with your clients, and become the coach you've always aspired to be.

Our Approach

Our approach to supervision is based upon the consistent application of a set of fundamental skills, rather than on the prescription of a single model or method. Working in alliance with you, we will be:

Noticing

Accessing our intuition requires mindfulness and presence. By cultivating awareness of our thoughts and feelings, we can tap into our inner wisdom.

Exploring

Examining each individual case or theme that you present allows us to uncover new and valuable insights that may not have been immediately apparent.

Evaluating

Adopting an appropriate ethical attitude to develop best practice in service of your clients and the outcomes they seek.

Developing

Cultivating practical wisdom through reflective practice is crucial for personal and professional growth.

Supporting

Creating a safe space to strengthen your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

We also draw upon ideas from many different areas such as Lacanian Psychoanalysis, Semiotics, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt and apply appropriate supervision models and structures where these add value to the supervision relationship.

Our clients can expect high support and high challenge to affect their ways of doing and being in relation to the services they provide to their clients.
